Easy to install. The instructions are clear and they give you images as well on how to do it. The sound quality is still good and the replacements are soft. However, I did notice that the noise canceling with these are not as effective as the original ones. Sound will still leak in unless you put your volume 1/3 or halfway loud.

I got the black replacements since my old ones were worn from age and smelled like years of work in the gym (glad to know I wasn't alone). They're fairly solid right from the box, and the easy prying tool that came with it made changing the pads out a snap. No loss in ANC quality--my XM4's feel brand new! Definitely a great product for a low price!Also, like some others have said, it helps to wipe out the inside with and alcohol or wet wipe before you put on the replacement pads and use Sony's Sound Connect app to recalibrate your sound if necessary.

Good for the price but bear in mind it will peel off in some time. Don't expect highest quality, just a temporary solution.

It fits perfectly to my headphones, no problems on installing, they feel like the original ones.

Just what I needed! The thickness is just right; doesn’t affect the sound quality at all, the quality of the pads itself are perfect. Good sweat resistance as well. Would buy again!
