My pants fit loose when I wear it! It gives me a little back fat but I’m wearing it for workout purposes not as a girdle! It’s comfortable! I also use this with a body burner cream and I begin to sweat instantly!! This is the one and at the fraction of the cost than the others I’ve tried! Durable and it does not roll!! I recommend!!

Now “DON’T JUDGE ME or MY BODY” I’m on My Journey to a HEALTHIER lifestyle (Lol😌).. Also, I’m just trying to Show & HELP y’all out so you can VIEW & get a better idea. Don’t get me wrong it’s a Great & Comfortable Wrap Bandage. It’s very Strong & durable & it REALLY DID snatch My Waist! Lol… I ordered an XL (I wear a size 11-13 if that helps with trying to decide what’s Best for you!) On another note, I AGREE 100% with some of the other Ladies in the previous reviews… “It DOES smell like VINEGAR” when you first open it to try it on… (WHYYY, IDK) lol 😂 Sooo, I would suggest you “Hand Wash” it & let it AIR DRY. Also, if you have SENSITIVE SKIN I would suggest you wear it on top of your clothing…. “I” for example wore a thin spaghetti strap shirt. It’s discreet under certain dresses that aren’t too tight & fits perfectly in jeans without the “BULGE & BULKY” look! Hope this helps, I’d buy it again…💯

I bought two of these and one of them arrived defective. Instead of one end being the hook/catching side, it was the eye/soft side throughout. Basically they used only one side of the Velcro on the product. The second one was made correctly but not well. It was flimsy and the elastic gave too much.

I wore the waist trainer for shapewear because I couldn't find anything that flattened my stomach. The waist trainer did the trick and gave me a flat stomach! I wore the outfit to dinner. However, after eating, I had to remove the waist trainer because it was uncomfortable and too tight. Great waist trainer, but you might have to readjust it after you eat.
