Delicious!! .........
This is delicious, but much too expensive on here, hence 4 stars, and Exante only make around Xmas their also overpriced compared to others ...It was made very popular by the reviews of a American girl recommending Candy Cane shakes on You Tube by another Company in AmericaI wish the UK would start making this more easily available as it's really delicious, and compares to Green Mint Icecream

Great hot or cold
Unlike the previous reviewer I don't find these shakes greasy. I find them creamy and quite different from the rather chalky alternatives on the market. They can be used as part of very low calorie diet as each contains only 200 calories and a third of your daily nutritional requirements of vitamins and minerals. They can also be used as a quick drink to help maintain your ideal weight.Usually they are made up with 200ml cold water. I have a few recommendations.* I prefer to drink it hot especially on cold days. I add anything from 200-350ml of just boiled water depending on how strong I want it. I have a tall beaker that came with my stick blender Braun MQ300 Hand Blender, 550 Watt, White/ Grey and make it in that and whisk it well. It is more creamy if you only use 200ml of water, but I like to make it last longer sometimes so add up to 300ml.* Use iced water from the fridge rather than tap water and use a whisk or hand held blender rather than a shaker if you can. I use my Braun MQ300 Hand Blender, 550 Watt, White/ Grey which does an excellent job but any whisk would do. You can use a standard shaker bottle and shake vigorously but my friend swears by a PROMiXX: The Original Vortex Mixer. World's most advanced protein shaker - BLACK especially if you are want to make it up away from electricity. You'll see the body builders drinking their protein shakes out of these at the gym* It makes a great slushy. Fill a blender cup with a couple of handfuls of ice, then iced water up to around the 400ml mark, then the sachet and pulse it a few times. Really good and a great way to increase your water intake. I found my Magic/Nutri bullet not up to the job in the long term but I've been using a Kenwood SB055 Smoothie 2GO - Silver excellent. I am also very fond of the banana shake made this way.
