I got these penguins for my 9-year-old, penguin-loving ADHD son. He was so thrilled when he got them that he carried them EVERYWHERE. He kept two penguins and gave one to his older sister. Less than a week after we got them, two of the three deflated. Neither child was excessively squeezing them (in fact, sister is an extremely gentle kid). Many ADHD kids are emotionally immature, so the popping on the penguin caused my son to cry and cry. Seriously— $20 and they couldn’t even last a week? I’m so upset, and my kid is heartbroken.

First off they are sticky. As soon as you open them they get hairy and leave your fingers sticky. When you try to clean the hair off of them, the paint comes off. Secondly, they pop. My daughter saved up her money to buy these and she was devastated that one broke right after she got it. They are made to squeeze, but that breaks the orbs inside them and they pop. I wish I could give them zero stars. Save your money.

These are really cute to look at, but that's about it. They lose their pliability quicky and become stuck in one position without bouncing back. Very overpriced for the quality. Plus they have a weird smell and the color from the back of the penguins transfers onto everything

These are so adorable! I'm a penguin lover, so I saw these and had to have them. They appear to have maybe water and squishy beads in them, but they are so fun and relaxing to squeeze. I have a high school son who home schools online and he claimed the black one as soon as I opened the box, they have definitely been a hit in our house! These are very well made, they are a thick plastic(?) material and it seems like they would be very hard to break open. You can pull or squish them flat, and they just pop back into shape. For penguin lovers, they are a must, but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good (cute!) Stress ball!

These are really cute, however my 7 year old has one pop in her hand and leak everywhere. Not sure if it was defective or not, but it broke within the first 30 minutes of play.
