I am a teacher and I cut these bands to about 35" and tie them to the legs of my 6th graders desks. They keep their feet busy while sitting in class. If you are a teacher give them a try. Only one problem with this latest shipment was that the 100' was not continuous. They had been taped together so it caused a problem in trying to cut all pieces to 35". Otherwise I will continue to purchase these for my student desks.

Ordered Black Special Heavy and what I received is no where near as strong as the Black that I use at physical therapy. Rather disappointing since I need a heavier band in order to do my exercisers.The good was that the 100 feet was only in 3 pieces, two pieces of about 15-18 feet each and then one continuous piece for the rest of the band.Given what happened to me, I might suggest ordering up a level as you can always reduce the resistance on the band to some degree.

Very disappointed. Not 100 feet. 3 sections taped together. Defeats the whole object!!!
