Endless Summer 30" Outdoor Propane Gas Fire Pit Table (Copper Fireglass)

This fire table is perfect for our pool deck. Small overall size but a full-size fire bowl and it looks great either lit or not. We like the black glass surface (including a glass fire bowl cover) and it matches our small two-person dinette set that also sits on the pool deck. I can highly recommend this fire table for looks and functionality. It's only been in place for about a month so no real reference regarding durability, but since it's under cover with the rest of the pool deck furniture I expect it'll be pretty durable. (The table also comes with durable looking vinyl cover.)Only gave it four stars for ease of assembly because the instructions are a bit sparse. The only info missing is exactly where to attach the two legs that hold the door. They must be positioned so you can get to the propane bottle and the controls. With a couple minutes of reflection on how it should be logically assembled, no problem, though. Even with that bit of difficulty it only took about an hour to assemble it by myself. It is sturdily constructed, and the finish on this one is perfect.I've read that folks had problems getting it to stay lit, but it lit first time for me using the piezo lighter and stays lit. If you have any experience with propane fueled burners, you know that you have to keep the valve in the start position, pushed in, for a few seconds to make sure the entire burner is lit.It came with two bags of great looking clear crushed glass that seems to be 1/2" to 3/4" in size. Two bags are enough to pretty much cover the burner and it works and looks great, but it could really use another bag to fill the entire fire bowl. Glass is available through Amazon but it's a bit pricey.On the whole this model fire table is a winner!

Assembly was easy but you do need to pay close attention to pictures on instructions as there are a couple of pieces that only fit one-way (one leg has tabs on it, and the tank holder/bottom brace has to be turned in a particular placement pattern). Quality was better than I anticipated and the green fire glass is attractive and rather mesmerizing when the flames are going. The glass builds heat also after awhile and increases the heat output of the unit (really comfortable with these chilly October evenings). Make sure to follow instructions on “not dumping fire glass” (dust can clog burner) and the lighting instructions “for holding gas valve in for 20 seconds until the safety thermocouple heats up”. I’ve read a few reviews on people having trouble lighting the fire pit and suspect their problems may have been related to one or both of these items. Great unit and very pleased with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic fire table and a great value! There are pricier ones that are maybe a little fancier, but this one works and looks great at a great price. My adult kids and I purchased the one with the blue fire glass for The Husband for Fathers’ Day; I also bought some copper colored fire glass and we mixed the two; it looks beautiful in the firelight! EDITED to ADD: The noise in my video is NOT the fire pit, the fire pit is very quiet. We had a floor fan out on our patio to blow the mosquitos away from us and the video picked up the fan noise!!NOTE: There is no separate square center cover piece that covers the fire glass and burner making a solid table top, like some others have. Apparently many purchasers thought it comes with one, but it does not. This took my husband and I working together about one hour start to finish to put together and fire it up. As many reviewers have mentioned, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS about lighting the fire; you have to press and hold the ignition button AND KEEP HOLDING IT FOR 20 SECONDS once the fire lights… you have to let the thermocouple warm up and it WILL stay lit.Once assembled, we fired it right up and enjoyed the beautiful dancing firelight on our patio. Husband is very happy with his Fathers’ Day gift and I‘m happy to enjoy it with him!

PROS:*The fire pit is very well designed and was easily assembled. All parts fit exactly as designed.*The black glass top (and black glass cover) and green fire glass provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance.*The fire pit igniter and gas burner function flawlessly.*The four feet are easily removed and replaced by separately purchased 1.5" Threaded Stem (M8x25) Swivel Casters Wheels with Brake.CONS:*The shipping box had considerable wear and tear including one puncture that penetrated both the box and interior styrofoam, which exposed part of the glass top. Fortunately, the glass was not damaged.*There were small surface imperfections on two legs.*The edge of one side panel was slightly bent but that was easily restored.*The paint on the edge of another side panel was chipped and was easily spray painted.*The top mantel metal corners had protective plastic corner shipping guards although two were broken during transit. This apparently caused small surface imperfections on two of the metal corners.*The supplied fabric cover is quite thin and several pin hole openings were apparent. This necessitated the purchase of a waterproof, UV resistant cover.CONCLUSION:*Overall, this fire pit would be rated at 5 stars but rough handling during shipping and an inadequate fabric cover caused a 1 star reduction.
