Easy access. Easy to open if combo list.Bolts to wall provided. Love this shelf safe.

Wrong Instructions included
Sturdy unit. Worked well until wife accidently mis-keyed her lock code and we are unable to reset. Wrong instructions included, so no help. No apparent way to contact Holojoy. For the time being, we have a sturdy key operated safe.

Incorrect instructions. Terrible user experience
Wrong Instructions included with no online trouble shooting available. This should be simple and easy and keeps giving error messages. Says there is a # and * sign on the instructions and they don't exist. Fingerprint reader also doesn't exist. Get this garbage off your site Amazon!

Not Happy
I could not get the code to work, and it popped open up by itself, and now it will not lock even with the key. Not worth what I spent on it and no way to contact anybody with an 800 number..

Incorrect instructions
It doesn't come with the correct instructions. On the instructions it says to press # when there isn't one!!! Very disappointed
