I waited one month to write this review to be sure I see the results. I am 40, mixed skin type, some adult acne, uneven skin tone, bright slightly pinkish skin tone. I started developing some wrinkles around the eyes, between brows and corner of the mouth. I have never used retinol products before.It did not have a visible effect on wrinkles, it is a fact. However, the skin tone became more even and brighter, acne have significantly reduced, the new acne are smaller and are going away easily. I have combined this product with a face wash with salicilic acid, but not regularly. I exfoliate usually once a weak, did not change my routine with the start of retinol.Overall, the effect of this product is visible after 1 month, it is very gentle and not annoying on skin, not sticky, very sheer, drying fast, no allergies or irritation.Good canadian product, congrats to manufacturer.

My skin has been forever acne prone. I was very scared to use any new product but wanted a retinol for my evening routine. And this one was my first and I think I’ll stick to it. Completely satisfied. Have reduced my acne and it’s marks.

Previous product container malfunctioned and I am unable to use product. Cannot get product out of the container. Please advise.

Love supporting a Canadian company and extra love that this company is out of Bridgewater Nova Scotia because I am originally from NS. I purchased the scrub, the retinol serum and the retinol cream as a combo. Specifically wanting to target my nose for white heads and to help with aging skin. Thus far, I have noticed a great improvement in my skin and less white heads. The reason for the 4 stars is that communication with customer service was frustrating. Questions were not answered unless I repeated them several times even though they were read, I was told they would get back to me later that day and did not and I feel they did not initially honour the product order we discussed but were trying to sell me other things I did not want. This was all rectified but it required work on my end that made the process annoying rather than a pleasure. Also the bottle for the serum is odd. There is a circle plastic piece on the bottom that is dislodged from the main bottle. Hard to explain. Please see picture. The serum still pumps but the bottle doesn’t want to lock into the down position so I do worry about this. I hope it does continue to pump and that it doesn’t leak when I travel. Would I buy again? Will wait and see.
