The good; Arrived when scheduled. Instructions are printed VERY TINY. Set up was easy.The bad: drop Bluetooth connection quite often while just sitting at office desk while talking with customers. Larger than expected cause it to have to be pushed back into ear. After wearing for 2-3 hours, you have to take it out because your ear will start hurting. STOPPE WORKING FTER %@ DAYS!Overview: Lesson learned, spend the extra money. Remember the saying “you get what you pay for”.

For the price get something better! Can’t hear out of it and only worked for a week. Had to buy my husband beats. Piece of crap

Not happy with it. Constantly disconnects and the language too easily slips from English back to Chinese. Will be sending it back.

It says eight hours, but you only get three hours. It also talks in Chinese and does not give you the option to change languages.
