I've found my concentration to be noticeably better after a few weeks of taking the product
I read about choline supplementation and that Citicoline and Alpha GPC were the most bioavailable source of Choline. I didn't know which product to buy so having both together seemed the right choice. I've found my concentration to be noticeably better after a few weeks of taking the product. Also, the packaging of this product is nice, the bottle comes sealed inside a little box. 10/10.

I bought this product as it turns out I don't get much Choline in my diet. I have bought from a series of vendors, but thus far this is my favourite brand. The product arrived promptly, looks great and saves me buying the two products individually.
