Wonderfully better than that shiny galvanized wire, making my chicken coop look much much nicer! Granted, it's pretty expensive, but I think it's worth it. I was fearful of the roll arriving damaged (dented), but it came in pristine condition.

This hardware cloth is just what I needed to build my chicken run. The 1/2” openings are too small for any preditor to do any possible damage. It’s strong. Glad that it is galvanized steel then pvc coated. Needed some good hardware cloth cutting shears too.

Fantastic product. Replaced the balusters on my screened porch with this and it greatly improved the view. It's nearly transparent.I will also be using it for fencing out the armadillos in my raised beds.Time will tell whether the coating will last and I'll update my review if I see unexpected wear.

Nice quality wire, I added it to backyard fence to stop rabbits and it worked well. It is hard to see from distance and meanwhile more robust than plastic mesh that rabbit can eat through. Good product and packaged well.

Outstanding product. We used this hardware cloth on our new chicken coop. The black coating gives the hardware cloth a finished, polished appearance. Well worth the additional cost!

Exactly what I was looking for.

Despite the confusion with the measurements (several conflicting descriptions using incorrect units) the product came as noted in the original description. It was wrapped well to prevent damage.

This stuff is extremely durable outdoors. Purchased in 2009 to fence my yard for multiple dogs, using hammer-in U-channel fence posts from HD to keep it upright and attached with plastic-coated twist-ties. Still in good shape 7 years later! Cuts easily with heavy duty shears. When access to yard is needed, simply untwist the ties, roll fencing out of the way, and pull out fence posts. Black mesh blends into background becoming nearly invisible from 20-30' away, so looks like a wide open yard. Also available (elsewhere) in 4' and 5' heights for recalcitrant "jumpers", or bury bottoms if you have diggers, but mine obey boundaries with no training.
