Greens in a can. Okay.
As with all well-being products its hard to know if there is a benefit. I ordered this as i was having surgery and thought i might need the extra support. I can tell you i recovered quickly and easily from the surgery. Will i buy more, not sure, think if i eat plenty of salads and veg it will be the same. But this product tasted okay, not great, and served its purpose for me.

There is no masking this taste
And it tastes awful. I have tried it in everything and I feel like I'm eating pureed seaweed. Not my thing.
