Customer Service is phenomenal!
The product did not actually work for my dog - he didn't seem to mind the awful taste, unfortunately. The bottle had leaked a tiny bit during shipping and got on my hands when I opened it, and even after repeated washing I still got an accidental taste of the spray and it was definitely extremely bitter, so I don't fault the product. I reached out to the company by email, and they offered helpful tips, but also a full refund for my purchase with no need to return the remaining product. Mike with Bluecare Labs was extremely helpful and nice!

Didn't work on my dog, but customer service was very good!
Even though the Bitter Apple didn't work on my dog, when I contacted them, they refunded my money right away. It is nice to have someone stand behind what they tell you. According to our dog's trainer, the bitter apple works wonderfully on almost any dog, but unfortunately, not on ours. I would still recommend it to deter chewing and biting from what I've heard from many other dog owners. If there is a problem with the product, be assured that the customer service is great!

Spray will get on humans too
every time you spray this be prepared to have it in the back of your throat and in your nose for an hour!!!! It’s way too strong. Going to have to get a much milder one and maybe dilute this to save it.

Empty bottle
All that was delivered was an empty bottle. Lid wasn’t on properly.

Works, but vacate the room after spraying!
I bought this when my puppy was new to stop him chewing on the legs of furniture and other things. It definitely works well but you need to reapply each day. This stuff is deadly POTENT though. Spray where you need it then vacate the room immediately! If you're sitting nearby after spraying, you WILL taste it in the air, and I'm telling you this stuff is soooo bitter and absolutely disgusting. Would recommend!
