This adapter mates a custom steering wheel to the steering column of your golf cart.Various carts require different adapters to match up with the steering column. This hexagonal centered adapter works with a Club Car Precedent of Tempo. For other brands, a different type, matching to a column with a totally different attachment system.As long as you are sure you have the right adapter, remove the old steering wheel, slide the adapter into place and tighten it down with the nut from the old wheel. Then, match the holes in the steering wheel with the adapter and you are done. There are lots of videos available that walk your way through the process step by step. It is a really simple upgrade to personalize you cart.
