This was a life-changer in my cooking preferences. There were a lot of dishes that I hesitated to make because I didn't want to face the clean-up of things that stick hard to my pans. Nothing sticks to these mats! I was afraid they would melt since they feel like plastic. If they melt, it must be at a temperature higher than 500 degrees. I baked the mat at 500 for 30 minutes. It showed no clue that it would melt. It has been over a month now, and it is still supple and very non-stick!

These silacon baking mats work great. I just finished baking 10 Dozen cookies and had not the first bit of trouble. I used to use parchment paper for cookies and rolls but that is history! I really liked that I didn't have to change the parchment paper after the third batch of cookies. I could just continue cooking. The cleanup was as advertised and did it with dish-soap and water to get the job done quickly.

For much easier clean-up these mats are well worth buying.
We love these mats. As advertised they keep the baking pans in good shape after usemaking them easier to clean. The mats themselves are a cinch to clean. They wash upeasily by hand with soap and can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.we used one mat for a half-sheet baking pan and the other mat we use in our toasterovenpan. This worked very well too and saves those pans from a lot of stains etc.Despite nearly constant use, both mats are still clean and unstained.Our family recommends grill magic Silicone Baking Mats! No kitchen should be withoutthem.

Great Product
I love these baking mats for my large sheet pans. No more burned to a crisp parchment paper to deal with. Everything slides right off and they clean up beautifully. They are shipped rolled up in a neat little box. In my opinion what would make them even better would be a small lip coming up the side of the pan.
