Really like this product for wellness and availability. Cannot speak much about pain relief in terms of scientific wellness , but mental thoughts of accomplishing wellness this products works for me. It has not caused a negative physical side effects at all. I have purchased enough to carry me through, because I don't know availiabity of the black cherry being all year product. Being organic is excellent due to seasonal availability of fresh organic black cherries.
