Very sturdy and easy to assemble, also very useful. Bought this as a gift for grandparents and they love it!

I bought this for my husband after he had brain surgery and balance wasn’t good. Easy to assemble. I think that the width between the arm rests could be bigger. We have a bidet toilet and it fit around it fine. The height is adjustable.

i give it four stars just because the side supports that hold it to the toilet bowl are a little difficult to adjust. there is no set angle or distance where you can tell ok this is where i tighten it up to. so u can spend hours tightening it from one side to the other. so don’t do that. just pick a spot where u think it looks good and tighten it up to that point.

I just installed a few assistive devices in an elderly relatives home. They both have mentioned some balance issues and knee problems (one had a replacement recently, too). I have noticed that increasingly they exert much effort to get out of seats (getting off the sofa, for example). So, today, I received two items that I felt would aid them in such endeavors, in specific circumstances. This is one of those products.When I explained this product, they looked at me and laughed. They said, "Sounds great. Set it up, and we'll see if we like it."Apparently, the company upgraded some aspects of this product. I can't compare, but the design features are right on target. I especially like the lateral clamping system, which secures and stabilizes the structure. The toilet bowl and tank are white, so this fit in color-wise, haha.I had the shorter of the two sit on the seat, so I could estimate the necessary height of the handrails. Then, I tightened everything. It was very secure and stable. They state it can hold 330lbs. I believe them, it's very sturdy, composed of carbon steel.Watch the assembly video, and read the directions, and assembly is a piece of cake. I was considering using silicone adhesive to 'glue' the suction cups in place. But, so far, it seems very secure. After they use if or a while, I'll see if using silicone adhesive is warranted.They both agree that it'll help alot. So, it provides ample assistance, improving their quality of life and gives us a sense of comfort/relief that they're safer. In fact, on the way home, the significant other thanked me for helping her family/relatives and gave me a kiss. Job well done.Overall, the product is exactly as shown and described in the product details. It has smart design, with strong, quality materials and excellent manufacture. Easy to assemble and install. Based on favorable impressions, this safety handrail/toilet frame merits a 4.75+ star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

This adjustable rail set Is a godsend for those with knee surgery or any other knee issues. Getting up from a toilet is problematic, and if your house only has very low toilets, like mine, this is an easy way to accommodate those with issues.All it takes is one time having to go into the toilet to help someone who is stuck, or being the stuck person, to see how valuable this is.It's well made and can withstand a lot of pressure.
