Bamboo Flute Dizi,NICOSHINE Traditional Handmade Chinese Musical Instrument In C Key(Single insert)

This instrument sounds absolutely amazing - great tone, easy to play, absolutely beautiful!The only thing is, and this is totally on me, which is why I only took off one star, I didn't even think to put some sort of lubricant on the joint before putting it together; I was just too excited to try it out! And now it won't budge. I couldn't get it to go all the way in, so it plays slightly flat, and i can't get it off at all!My recommendation would be to definitely make sure you oil up the joint before putting it together, otherwise, for the price, this is a great instrument!

A pretty flute for the price can't be beat. Won't say it's ealsy to play, but I like starting out on a harder instrument to build air and finger control before buying an expensive instrument. Makes playing the higher end a piece of cake. After practicing the first day, I get a very pretty tone out of this flute. Just wish the holes were a little small because my hands are small and stretching my fingers at my age while trying to cover holes is a bit difficult. But with practice it's coming about. I"m glad I purchased it and would do so again.

As a professional flute player, I can tell you this is great for the price it's at. The tone is rich and warm, easy to make a sound, and holds well in an ensemble! For the price it's listed I will always recommend this instrument because it's fun to play and sounds professional! So glad I found it!

I used MULTIPLE tuning apps, and I am writing this review after playing it MULTIPLE times. The flute is so out of tune, I checked using so many apps.

This product I thought would be cheap but oh boy was I wrong. The packaging it came in was very “fancy” if I do say so myself, I don’t play the flute but I picked this up and quickly after I got a sound out of it and I was extactic! Then I practice a little more and before I knew it I was playing songs! It sounds so elegant and that typical Chinese/Japanese flute sounds which I love. I’d definitely recommend it 100%Pros:Very nice and authentic sound, also very sturdy and well built. Also nice packaging too.Cons:Could not get the membrane to stay on or figure out how I’m supposed to but that was fixed with some tape and it sounds great!!I love it and you will too!

Beautiful looking instrument,Gave it only 3 stars re: No instructions on how to attach membranes, brass connector very rough burrs, and absolutely no mention of instructions or where to find info on assembling.Good as a knick-knack, but not as a useable musical device

The dizi is great, I would definitely buy again from this brand. The craftsmanship is great, package arrived WAY earlier than it said it would, and the stuff included is ideal for beginners. I’m currently trying to master this C key dizi but once I do, I’ll definitely buy another dizi from this brand! However, my only complaint is that the dizi gets stuck. As in, the head piece is stuck and cannot be disassembled from the body. Is there anyone that knows how I can get it off without damaging the dizi?

I could not believe how pretty this inexpensive flute is!!!! I have never played one before( I play native american flute and penny whistle and many more wind instruments.) Once you get the feel for holding the flute and the mouth piece, it awakens with a beautiful sound!!!! I can not believe how awesome this flute and the accessories are, I would highly recommend this product!!!!! If you are buying this for a child I do not think this would be your choice. The holes are a little far apart and would be difficult for a child to reach,but any musically inclined person would be thrilled to receive this beautiful flute!!!! For the price you can not go wrong!!!
