Good fiber at a fair price
I’ve tried different types of unsweetened fibers and some of them makes me swallow, provokes me heartburn or are just too sweet. I prefer the whole Psyllium and this is a very good option at a low cost.

works like intended
taste is okay, similar to other PH i've tried. Needed it as a regular way to add fiber in my diet. A little dissapointed but quantity, but quality is good for sure. I'd buy again.

Works Great for my cats!
Have been adding a small amount of the psyllium flakes to my cats' wet food 2x day and now they no longer have any poop issues. [Recently I purchased the "ground" powder version by accident (thought it was the flakes) and have found it doesn't work as well.}

My new go to Psyllium Husk!
This product is better than others I have tried. The husks are small but not too small - it's not like the powder that absorbs in liquid too fast. It easily mixes with a smoothie and is relatively tasteless. Nutricost's psyllium husk is a very great quality and comes with a convenient scoop. I really like that this isn't in a bag like many of those other brands which makes it super easy for storage and improved shelf life. Couldn't ask for more!
