Fantastic! Out of the box and onto the 9.5 year old. He is very excited!! Then it equally fit his 6’2” father, just would need to ensure he wore correct colored shoes... his feet stuck out a few inches, but he said there was a ton of room inside!The price is high but the eyebrows, eyes, and nose are like tinted windows... plenty of space to look out in a forward direction. The handle and top rim inflate nicely. There is elastic cinch around the ankle so it helps for the shorter (it’s intended for our 9.5 year old). Inside also has strap “suspenders”. The battery pack had a belt clip; the rechargeable phone type battery pack may also work because the battery pack is connected to the fan via usb.The price was a lot but knowing it would have plenty of wears and it’s an adult size made it seem do-able. Plus it was hilariously entertaining... that has to be worth some of the $$$Oh, the company, Rasta Imposta, must’ve shipped almost within minutes of the order completing. I rarely order outside of free prime but took the chance and am HIGHLY impressed and appreciative.

First of all, I agree with the person that said this company ships SUPER FAST. I was scheduled to get it about a week after I ordered it.... it arrived NOT EVEN 24 hours later! Second of all, the coolest thing is you can not only use this as a costume but also as a standalone inflatible! (Just shove socks or bubble wrap in the footholes, turn the fan on, and wait about 5-10 minutes and he should fully inflate! The only thing is you must have let the fan hole be open to the wind or else it doesn't inflate fully). I took this costume out and about and took pictures of it around town, then took it to work today (busy retailer) - first as a standalone propped up, then later in the costume. EVERYONE LOVED IT! Kool Aid Man invokes childhood memories of young and old alike. I loved bringing joy to SO MANY people this week yelling "Ohhh yeahhhhh!" when they saw this costume. Needless to say, I more than got my money's worth.I originally bought this product because I had worked for Kraft and used to dress up in the professional grade Kool Aid Man costume owned by the company. So it was personal to me to purchase this item to bring back some wonderful memories. This product not only provided that this week, but hopefully for years to come! Thank you for making this product available for commercial sale!!

My son is about 6ft tall and he said he has room above his head inside. BUT that also means the top part of the costume sort of bobbles around since it isn't fixed. Having your arms in the sleeves helps to keep it up straight. The battery pack inside uses AA batteries and the cable for the fan has a USB plug on it. I got a smaller Anker power bank (phone charger) and he plugged the fan into it and it ran great. This might be better if you need to use the costume for long periods of time.The cost + shipping was a bit much for what it is, but I was overruled on this.

This costume is perfect for a pandemic Halloween. You are isolated but still near the humans. Come to think of it this costume was bigger than the hotel room I stayed in when I visited NYC for the first time. Wear a backpack or a Camelpac for your drink of choice because getting drinks is no easy feat let alone walking down a track home hallway. Costume stayed afloat with the 4-pack AA battery holder that kept falling out of my jean pocket, but was light enough. I kind of had to man handle the inside to see outside through the eyeballs. I provided some “interior” views of what’s it’s like on the inside. Also, wouldn’t advise wearing it (blown up) while driving a compact SUV.

I bought this costume for my 12 yr old. She was so so excited for this. When it 1st arrived in the mail, she tried it on and one of the straps BROKE!!! Literally broke after having it for 10-20 minutes! Luckily, my mom was able to sew it back together. All good, right?!?? Unfortunately not! Tonight (Halloween) after stopping at the 1st house, we noticed the costume deflating. The zipper would NOT zip properly leaving a hole. We unzipped and zipped it back up numerous times trying to fix the problem and unfortunately it just wouldn't stay zipped. We had to fix it with duct tape so we could at least get in 30 minutes of trick O treating.It was the hit of the neighborhood and she received lots of compliments but very disappointed!For what I paid, this should not have happened!
