I ordered a Used -- Good condition one of these Vidan Home Solutions Dual Installation (Hanging or Mounted) Shower Caddy from Amazon warehouse. The item came a bit twisted, in the sense that the it wasn't perfectly square. It took a bit of physical bending to get it to be a reasonable straight-ness that I was happy with.The item also included an extra nut, which is used for the bars on the hanging part of the caddy [to keep it from slipping off the mounted section]. I guess the suction cups and packaged nuts were from another returned package, probably.The suction cups are the kind with the twist mechanism, to force a greater vacuum behind the rubber. They fit nicely behind the mounted section, and holds onto the crossbars of the caddy pretty well. The suction on these cups are super strong, and once mounted, the caddy felt super sturdy. The cups also included a 3M-sticked backpiece, if you want to stick something onto the wall of the bath/shower first, to improve the suction surface. I opted just to use the tile already in the shower, and it was fine.Both the top and bottom racks are tall enough for full-sized bottles of product. The top rack also has circular drain openings, which I found were great for keeping spent bottles upside-down.The hooks for sponges/loofas are loops of metal, so it works fine. The loop is big enough to hook on those hook-shaped shower gel bottles also. I managed to hang two on one hook, but mine are small bottles. The handheld razor holders on either side of the soapdish tray are fine, but they don't have any special mechanism to keep the razor on there -- you can knock the razor off easily enough if you're not careful.Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. I haven't tried this solely mounted, but the suction cups seem strong enough to handle that too. I will update this review if the item starts rusting at any point [which I don't expect to happen, since it is supposed to be stainless steel]. I think if I ordered a brand new one and the caddy didn't come square [ie: bent], I'd be pretty unhappy, but since mine was in Used condition, it was acceptable.

Generally I am very conservative with ratings. A 5 Star rating should not be given to easily, but I feel that this caddy comes very close to that level and since I cannot rate it a 4.8 then I made it a 5.I did not hang the caddy on the shower. The reason for getting it was to move the caddy away from the shower so that it doesn't interfere with the hand shower flexible hose.I was looking for a corner caddy but I couldn't find something to suit me.The suction cups work good. Their design seems to be more reliable than the simple suction cups we've seen in other products.The quality is visible every way you look at the caddy. The wires are straight and they run parallel to each other. Time will tell about the rust, but from the look of the material used that will not be a problem.The only thing I think could stand for improvement is the space between the bottom and the middle tiers. Someone like me, who has big hands, might find it a little awkward to reach in between those tiers to grab a bar of soap from the bottom.A little bit on the expensive side but well worth it. If you are in the market for a shower caddy you should consider this one.

I was having a hard time finding a shower caddy where the first shelf was a good distance down from my shower head, and had enough distance between the shelves to allow for tall shampoo bottles on the lower shelf. This did the trick! Because my shower head is so short, with all other shower caddys the first shelf got in the way of the water stream, but not with this one. Minor negative- because it is so long, the bottom falls right above the shower knob, which is fine expect that this is designed with the loops to hang things (razor, loofahs) in the center of the caddy. Therefore, as you can see by the picture, these things are annoyingly in the way of the shower knob. Also the suction cups did not work for me. All in all I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a shower caddy that is longer.

The adhesives did not stand up as previously hoped. I did not order replacements and now cannot find them to order more. Currently the bracket is off the wall and not in use. Disappointed about that.

I am writing a review in hopes of hearing from the Seller. I ordered the Vidan Dual Installation unit last Dec. A week ago a neighbor was visiting and there was a loud crashing sound from the back of my apartment. I knew immediately the only thing it could have been was this unit falling into my bathtub. I was curious that it had held this long and decided I must have put too much weight on it. I had a hemp glove and back scrubber, a back brush, plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and castile soap, and a small razor. Today I looked at pictures posted by customers and see that they are loaded with items! I just thought I could reaffix them and with some trepidation that it would happen again, remounted it. It fell again in the middle of the night. Even after this length of time, would you kindly send me another set of the suction cups? AND I suppose the wall attachment portion as well. I suppose the ones I installed are now permanently there and cannot be moved. I don't want mine placed underneath the showerhead so I've left off that piece and the two suction cups are on the first and second shelf in the middle. I thank you for your help.
