Rough. I don’t use a softener so it is more absorbent. These are just too rough.

I like them

I purchased this towel set as a bridal shower gift. The packaging was very nice (came wrapped with a ribbon within a plastic zipped bag). While I didn't use the towels, I did feel them and they were very soft.

I ordered one set of these towels and really liked them, so I ordered another. The second set has a bad chemical smell that I cannot wash out even though I've tried washing several times and using vinegar and baking soda in hot water as a solution to the problem. There doesn't seem to be a way to contact the manufacturer to seek help with the problem.

Seems to fall apart quickly like pieces of the towel are clearly coming apart. I do not own a dryer so this is not the problem.
