Cuts badly into your crotch!
I own 2 Paola Pants and - over the years, about 30 more Anatomie pants. I was one of their first customers - in the olden days when the sales lady with her racks still came to my house. The quality of the material is unique - well, at least I stopped looking for something else once I found Anatomie pants. They feel very lightweight, can be pulled out of a suitcase and any wrinkle immediately disappears on the body. I’ve washed them in hotel sinks and worn them the next morning; they dry very quickly. I’ve worn them to everything: work (all the time, with a professional jacket on top), to the gym, to the bar, and I’ve even gone swimming in them (when kayaking). Here are the cons: the price of course! So expensive and getting more expensive that I think its worth to start exploring other brands with similar fabrics; things have changed out there. But a specific problem with the Paola pants is that they badly cut into my crotch. Very badly! I use three layers of slip liners to tone this problem down a bit, but still bad. They are simply poorly cut. I have in the meantime seen that others have reported the same problem with these pants and others out of their newer lines (Skyler Skinny pant). Another problem is the company itself: disorganized, unfriendly, unhelpful, unresponsive to customer needs - even outright rude. Their website malfunctions regularly; their store locator regularly does not work. I really have to ask myself why I am bringing this company my good money. If anyone has a recommendation for alternative modern pants that fulfill these all-around functions, please let me know, because I am falling out of love.

LOVE Anatomie pants! Not just for Travel
I love these pants. I already owned the Skyler skinny pant from Anatomie and wanted a bootcut version of the pant. They are super comfortable and very light weight and never really wrinkle. The ONLY thing I prefer about the Skyler that the Paola don't have are back pockets. 1) The back pocket is useful for carrying your phone and 2) more importantly the back pocket of the Skyler covers and VPL. Other than that I would highly recommend the pants.

but the material was so comfortable they have become my go-to pants
Was worried when I first put them on as they were snugger than I prefer, but the material was so comfortable they have become my go-to pants!
