Q: Does this have a matte or gloss finish? I'm looking for film that is not glossy but still clear.

‘Knowing what Matte is- I’m a finisher... I’d say no. But it IS a Really nice Satin, showing what ever color exactly, underneath... just no longer Shiny!!! -just perfectly as I’d wished ;))) hope this helps, M

Q: Can this be used as a cell phone screen protector?

I would say no. Its quite frosted and wouldn't allow you to see the screen clearly

Q: How clear is this film? Is it clear enough to be used on car windows without interering with your vision?

Not sure. We haven't used it yet. We purchased it to protect the hood of our RV from rocks. It's like saran wrap, just thicker.
