Pyraminx Crystal Dodecahedron Black Puzzle Cube Deep-Cut Megaminx

Seller sold me the subpar Chinese version of the Pyraminx Crystal.According to this listing, I was receive the original version. Pyraminx actually sued Qui Yi for copyright & patent infringement.My students (ages 9, 10, 11, 12) requested the Pyraminx Crystal for the Israeli Gaming Elective. They are serious cubers: some speed cube, others prefer to work slowly & methodically. Since this listing would arrive sooner than the ones from Puzzle Master or ordering directly from Sergei in Russia, I was thrilled to find the Pyraminx Crystal.When I told them that some of pieces might catch & pop, they were careful in playing with the cube. Pop. Pop. Pop.Every time someone put back in a piece, another piece came out. Once the cube was fixed, it was gently turned. The pieces kept popping out. At some point, my students became frustrated. One girl said she’s very familiar with taking apart & assembling cubes back together. Despite her efforts, the Pyraminx Crystal completely fell apart..I shouldn’t have been changed $26 for a $5 cube. Even $5 would’ve been a ripoff.My students are very disappointed with this cube by Qui Yi.Recommendation: get the original ones by Sergei & Aleh (Meffert’s has produced one line & the other ones are a collaboration between Aleh (Israeli) & Sergei (Russian)— neither version is designed & produced by a lesser quality made in China.Not happy.
