Great flavor enhancer for chicken
excellent! I previously bought it from another source which discontinued it and searched for a new vendor, finding this on Amazononly concern is that product states that it should be used within 30 days after opening. I will not use it that often and hope that it will not spoil that quickly under refrigeration!

Cannot recommend this product
I loved the original umami #5. But this stuff tastes nothing like the original. Sorry, I think it is awful.
