Finally, after trying so many tarvel mug, i have found the correct one.Pros:-No leakage at all.-Cover is pretty heavy which makes the mug premium.-Exact color what i have ordered.-Size is around 500 mlCons: Hole in cover is only for sipping. It is not compatible or big enough for straw specially steel one.Other than that all perfect.

It only has good looks, rest all the features mentioned are not true and misleading. I ordered online to collect and leave on a trip, being a seafarer without checking the product. Now I have left the country and upon using i realized it has very poor insulation, the wall of container from outside is not very thick and you can feel the heat. It doesn't keep the drink hot for longer period which is the main purpose of buying sipper. Since i left the country and will only return after 2 months, i feel this product is not authentic and not what is described about. Utter waste of money!! and lost trust on Amazon for misleading. It also leaks if not closed very tightly, and we may end up spoiling our clothes with stains.---------------------------------------------------------------Even after putting the review almost one month ago, there is no acknowledgement from either Amazon nor the Manufacturer. Makes me think about authenticity of product & reviews. Recommended to buy this kind of product from reliable Shops.
