I’m seriously impressed with the product and customer service. I built my first ever countertop with the deep pot resin. I was nervous being that the product is expensive. I called the customer service line and they were extremely helpful with every step and ordering the correct amount. The product is very easy to use and looks great and the drying time was not too bad.

What I like most about this product is also what I dislike - very long cure time. After using fairly fast setting products this takes a while to learn how to properly use. I will likely continue to use and just nor be in a hurry.

I have a bad habit of purchasing the cheapest materials, unfortunately most of the cheaper epoxy wasn’t that great, especially with cured density.The price was a bit more than the standard cheap stuff, but came on quite a few recommendations for clear and durable when cured.The initial cure was quite a bit longer than the cheap stuff, still tacky after 24 hours! However, after 3 days it was set enough to demold and clean up. day 4 was even more rigid, in an 8mm bar, than the cheap stuff is after 4 weeks!

After seeing several YouTube videos on WiseBond resin and how it also compared to other brands, I decided to purchase all three of the resin products. As long as you follow all the directions of each one, you will get a perfect finished piece.Plus on one of my orders they accidentally sent only half of what I ordered and within 2 days they corrected the mistake and sent the rest of the order.Thank you WiseBond.

This resin has quite a bit of bubbles when mixing

I love this epoxy. It has a long set time compared to other types I've used which is great for letting the bubbles release and you can pick out any hairs or debris that may end up in your work. This company also has great customer service. They were very helpful when a carrier lost one of my orders. All in all a great experience.
