Unigear SKI-Mogul Ski Bag, 360° Fully Padded Protection, Water-Resistant and Durable up to 192cm for Snow Air Travel Transport

I purchased this for a skiing trip to Colorado, USA. It appears to be very well made and durable. It certainly survived the air travel well. There was adequate room for one pair of skis, poles, a ski jacket, ski pants and various smaller items. I selected the red colour as it was easier to spot on the baggage carousel at the airports.

Well padded, secure and easy access bag, would recommend.

This is a very solid ski bag, great for travelling by plane. It looks nice too.It arrives in a fairly unattractive plastic bag though. For the rather high price, I'm sure some kind of box should be a standard. Or at least a nice foil packaging.That aside, everything about this bag is premium. It's made of the popular 600D polyester, which has great waterproof abilities as well as very decent padding and durability.The stitching is perfect everywhere and zippers are a masterpiece. Very smooth action throughout and added padlock holes make this bag a great travel companion.It fits skis up to 192cm in length, which is the most popular option. Inside, the lining is also waterproof. It helps after a day of skiing when you want to put your slightly wet gear in. It's also easy to clean.The main compartment is large. A pair of skis will fit without any issue - I'd say you could try adding another pair if you travel by car or by train. The skis can be secured with two adjustable straps with buckles. There's a separate space for ski poles, as well as two spacious mesh pockets for gloves, goggles etc.On the outside you have one long zipped pocket for essentials. It's easily accessible but not lockable - worth remembering in case of air travel. You also have 2 carrying straps - the main top one and one in the front for loading/unloading. You can attach a provided shoulder strap, which is padded and adjustable. It's nice and comfortable but the clips are partially plastic. I'd rather see some solid rustproof metal, but luckily the plastic feels quite robust. Finally you have the space for slipping your ID tag.Overall it's a really well made, good looking bag. It can fit other long sport equipment, not just skis. Price wise it's a bit expensive - £50 is more than many other bags out there. It is the safety of what you put inside that matters though. I go skiing a couple of times a year so got this Ski bag branded by SKI-Mogul to hold all my skiing gear safe.The ski bag features a 360 degree extra dense foam for padded protection and storage that fits skis up to 192cm in length. It's made of 600D water-resistant and waterproof polyester, dampproof, and waterproof inner lining for weatherproof protection. It also has a shoulder strap that supports weight up to 40kg.As for convenience, the bag features an ergonomic design with detachable padded shoulder straps and a grab handle for easy carrying. It also has an SBS lockable zipper for smooth, reliable access. It's guaranteed to be safe during trips and easy to load. It also has zipper pockets to store some smaller items.For me, it's an excellent ski bag. Its quality made with soft, padded material and spacious room. The material is also environment friendly with the 600D polyester and it's not hazardous. The zipper is another feature I like. It's lockable, which makes the items inside more secure.Overall, with the space and the material, the bag is very protective and secures the items inside well, although, there are cheaper ski bags available in the market.

A well-made ski bag, ideally suited to transporting 165 max skis. I see some reviews commented on there not being a shoulder strap ... mine did.Well padded, and if only there was some snow, it would get lots of use.Big enough for skis, poles, and even a few clothes if you really want to travel light.Available in a range of colours.

This excellent waterproof ski bag from Unigear is priced well for what it delivers: a protective padded carrying case with dedicated areas for one pair of skis up to 192 cm in length, one pair of ski poles, and smaller accoutrements like gloves, hats and goggles. There are cheaper, thinner carry cases known as ski sleeves, but I wouldn't trust them to protect my valuable skis from damage during air travel. This Unigear bag's waterproof outer is made from 600D polyester, which is a lot more environmentally friendly than the horrific Gore Tex, which for decades has been leaching toxic perfluorocarbons and other hazardous chemicals into the environment, causing havoc to many species, humans included. 600D polyester is a preferable option. The inner lining of this Unigear bag is also waterproof. In between the inner and outer linings is a generous layer of padding. The padding is thick enough to inspire confidence that the bag will keep skis and extras protected in transit. As with most such carry cases, the zip is the weakest link in the proverbial chain. The zip on this Unigear case seems to be of high quality. It's also lockable, which is a useful feature. As long as this bag isn't stuffed over full (which would place strain on the zip), I have faith that it will remain intact during travel. Its build quality is robust. I have faith in it. There are small carry handles on the end and the middle of the bag. There's also a removable shoulder strap that simply clips on and off.This is a practical protective bag which is well worth its current price tag of £45.98. Some wheeled carry cases of this length retail at £185 - those can carry two 192 cm sets of skis but other than that and a cheap set of plastic wheels, they're essentially identical to this Unigear bag. With that in mind, this is a good bag for the money.

This bag was perfect for traveling with my skis and poles on Air Canada (even though they say on their website you need a "rigid" case to fly with skis you really just need this!) The bag felt like it had nice padding and pockets for the poles along with buckles to keep the skis in place. Highly recommend for the price.

I ordered this padded ski bag to transport my skis while flying. I have the Blizzard Rustler 10's that are 188cm in length and the ski bag fits my skis nicely- I would not recommend purchasing this bag if your skis are greater than the listed length of the bag (I believe 192cm) as my skis fit with little room to spare. The inside pockets are a nice feature, as there is room within the bag for some extra gear (e.g., socks, thermals etc.). The bag is well padded and the inside buckles help ensure your skis do not move around inside the bag while transporting- I am confident my skis are well protected and secure when they are in the bag. The shoulder strap and handle are well constructed and serve their purpose. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking to travel with their skis and wanting the added protection.

Cuando recibí este porta esquís, me sorprendí bastante de la buena calidad. No me esperaba tanto.Se trata de una bolsa para el transporte de los esquís, en ningún caso podremos meter tabla de snow debido a las dimensiones.Es una bolsa que está completamente acolchada y fabricada en poliéster 100%.En el interior tenemos un bolsillo alargado para tener los bastones separados de los esquís y que se rallen lo menos posible.Dentro también tenemos dos bolsillos de red, donde podemos llevar prendas pequeñas como pueden ser los guantes, gorro, braga de cuello…En el parte de fuera encontramos el típico alojamiento con ventanita transparente para poner nuestros datos, cuando nos vamos de viaje con mas gente y así poder diferenciar la nuestra, en caso de que haya más iguales. También tenemos un pequeño bolso con cremallera.Viene equipada con dos asas, una en la parte de arriba de la bolsa y otra en el medio, para poder llevarla en posición horizontal. Además podemos colgarla tipo bandolera con la correa que trae desmontable.La cremallera es metálica, fuerte y robusta. Nos da la posibilidad de ponerle un candado pequeño, esto es ideal para evitar un robo rápido de lo que tengamos dentro de la bolsa.Está indicada para una longitud máxima de 1,92 cm, lo que es más que de sobra para la mayoría de esquís.Esta bolsa está genial para llevar en el techo del coche, pues nuestro material de esquí va bien protegido y aislado del agua e incluso podemos llevarlo dentro del mismo.A la hora de ir a disfrutar de una jornada de nieve hay que tener en cuenta, que si llevamos esquís o tabla de snow dentro del coche, junto a nosotros, debe de ir en bolsa de transporte pues de lo contrario nos estamos enfrentando a una posible multa si nos para la guardia civil y también corremos peligro si tenemos un accidente, pues los cantos afilados pueden causarnos heridas de importancia.En cuanto a calidad, no he encontrado ningún defecto de fabricación, todas las costuras están muy bien hechas y la cremallera funciona a la perfección.
