All in chinese. Some apps cannot be switched to english
Printer is out of alignment, all apps AND language is in chinese, cannot remove their apps, would not calibrate, product began glitching badly after personal email was linked, and within days i was receiving several threatening messages on my phone via voicemail from a 12 digit overseas number. I feel i have been hacked through this device and i think it should be looked into especially when you cannot convert app language...you don't know what you have hit and opened and its dangerous. I do not recommend

don't buy there's no batteries included
this might be a good product if they had sent the batteries. I guess it's what you should expect. good product good price horrible service and of course I'll never know if the product works or not because I cannot find batteries it needs and they did not send it.

Sim Card Issue
I cannot push sim card on it to use it...I have more than two days reach out help from the customer....I cannot use it...any sim card I put , wasn't Work
