I bought this for my son who joined the swim team. It worked well for him, but I went back to get the large as the regular was rolling up because he has a good bit of hair up top. I thought he could get away with the regular size. Works well and serves its purpose.

This more than a swim cap. It keeps your hair protected and less soaking of chlorine water on your hair.

It was not as durable as I thought… Ripped as soon as I attempted to put it on the way that I was instructed to do so based on the directions. Did not have a chance to see if it would work with keeping my hair dry🙁

I like the quality of this swim cap. Not uncomfortable and has a really good stretch on it.

My son is very happy with his new swimming hat, it fits much better than his old one and is a lot more stretchy.

I have never used SOUL CAO before as a brand, and I was keen to see what they had to offer. I do a lot of swimming both indoors and outdoors, and I was immediately drawn to how vibrant this swim cap colour is, It is advertised as red, but it is kind of an orangy-red, which is perfect for increasing my visibility to other water users, but also should I get into difficulty in open water.The cap is very stretchy, but the problem I had, is I have a large head, and even with the stretch it was a little tight. The other issue I had is that the inside isn't textured enough, so I found that it was wanting to ping off my head from time to time. I have other silicone swimming caps that are ribbed internally which helps to keep the cap secure. However, even when the cap wasn't sliding off my head, I found it caused too much tension on my head, and I started to get a headache after 20 minutes of use.That all said, my teenage son, who has a much smaller head, got on okay with the cap. So not all bad, and hence 3-stars.

I swim several times a week, and am always in need of a hat. I also swim outdoors. Its a good thick silicone hat. I thought it was thicker than my others but its the same thickness as my thickest ones, and the same weight, and exactly the same shape.It is 8g heavier than my Zoggs pool hat which is perhaps a little stretchier and therefore doesnt feel as tight.I found this to be tighter and had a tendency to slide up (I had to adjust it twice in a hour long swim session)—but on inspection it has exactly the same internal surface finish as the other hats, so I guess it may have been a combination of being new and initially tighter, and I expect it to be a top hat over time.That heavier weight of silicone it great for an extra bit of insulation for winter swimming.

arrived in a small carry waterproof zipper bag which was good quality and canbe used to continue to hold the cap or be re used to store your googles . the colour matched the adverties image and the quality of the rubber was good . have collarbone length hair and I would hope to say an average size head which I manged to squeeze the cap onto just about , as its thicker material than my usual swimming caps I would say it fitted less better than my usual ones but with some stratching over time I believe it would fit more easily.overall a happy purchase and would recommned
