I have a very small historic cottage and this is so freaking fun and unexpected. The dimmer is a bonus, but the fan is a necessity! And What a fan it is!! It's powerful!!! and it has a hidden oscillator which I had no idea about so that was an unexpected surprise! It's STUNNING also! I did search online and find a 12" drop as i have short ceilings. but oof, I love this thing!

Not impressed
The design is interesting but low effort, mediocre manufacturing. You can get a better quality fan for less money. The threads on several fitting were poorly cut and the ceiling escusssion (sp) is unnecessarily difficult.I actually like the fan function, it moves air, not sure if other reviewers live in a vacuum. Lighting is ok, the bulbs are warm but half the light hits the ceiling, by design.I bought this at a Habitat Store, it was open box but never installed. There was Amazon paper work in the box. I paid $150 and feel like I got a good deal but $700? Nope. I’ve installed Minka-Aire fans in a couple houses and they are better quality for less, with good design.Out of the box, it’s way too low for an 8 foot ceiling. Cutting and drilling required to get the height right.

Fan is not good
The fixture is cool to look at but agree with other reviews that the fan puts out very little air. Not worth the money unless you are looking for an interesting looking light fixture

Beautiful light but fan is terrible
The light is beautiful but the fan puts out almost no air. We have it installed in the bedroom and you don’t feel any cool air when it’s running. It was way to expensive just to be a light. Not sure if we just a lemon but it’s been a total disappointment. Honestly I wish I could swap it out.
