Helps if you can handle the horrid taste.
I've only had this product for a few days. It does seem to relieve the heartburn sometimes. The taste is absolutely horrible, but worth the relief when it works. I imagine the timing of when to take it is important, but I've yet to determine when that is.

Didn’t do anything
The flavor isn’t great but it honestly did not help . I have bad acid reflux and this did nothing to improve it.
