The neutral color is decent
The neutral color is the only one m using since te other colors transfer to skin after use. Adhesive is giving irritation to my skin. I dnt even use it too long, only within 12hrs or so. I've used other product before and never have issues. Will not buy again from this company because of the issues I have.

Good quality tape
You get three rolls. One each of blue, beige, and black. The rolls are uncut. On the back of the tape, the lining is gridded so you can more accurately measure to cut them to size. I use tape on the heel for pain relief and it works. It also helps carpal tunnel. A physical therapist told me that they recommend leaving the tape on for five days. This tape stuck just fine for the five days. You can even get it wet in the shower and it still sticks. Obviously, it's not really made for submersion in water, but it will tolerate getting wet a few times before it loses the stickiness. This kind of tape it not meant to provide support. It seems to me that what it does is to increase blood flow to the skin in the area of the injury. The increase in blood flow promotes healing. Usually, you get the best pain relief about 24-48 hours after applying the tape. At least that has been my experience with it. Each of these rolls is 5 meters long, and you get three of them. So, this box will last a long time. I have used the brand names of this kind of tape and this one is comparable. It may not be quite as thick as some of those, but it worked just fine for me. Also, if you don't have directions for taping various injuries, there are lots of videos out there on how to tape. So, just search for those and you will find the taping techniques needed for each type of injury.

Easy to open. Works well but after less than a day it starts to itch a great deal.
These are well packaged and have a nice kind of metric on the back for being exact on perforating to the same amount each time once it works well enough. It is easier to remove than most. Photo 1 shows some after use of the blue, which did take some body hair with it from my legs but not too much, and it didn't hurt all that much taking off. That said, once after sweating or taking a shower it begins to itch and doesn't really subside, as it does so, it begins to lose its adhesion. It doesn't then tear off too well if it's an edge piece, or one over another piece of tape, so one should then cut it with shears if possible and they wish to still have it on.It does bend very nicely and over time becomes unnoticeable as to being worn. Depending if it is under garments it isn't too noticeable, though, the blue tape kind of "looks cool" on my leg when I was wearing blue shorts, so I thought, yeah...fashion statement and medical help, I can dig it!
