Maybe I was under a false impression for this product but per raw food recipes and reviews, I was hoping for something much different. I had read that Irish moss is supposed to be almost odorless and have a very mild taste. The package I received was not like this at all. I have no idea what I could even use it for. The taste and smell are SO STRONG. I was hoping to use it to enhance the nutrition of a recipe I had been working on but it looks like I will have to leave this ingredient out.
