I love that I not only sleep well with this product I dream every night after I take 2 or 3 tablets.

my very first time trying this product and gave a headache ,maybe it was because I wasn't drinking enough water but I liked this product

So I suffer from major tension headaches, EVERYDAY, some one told me about this, so I took a chance. I have to say I'm really amazed! It has helped bring the pain level waaaay down and I couldn't be happier! They are kind of big pills but I'll take it over a screaming headache!! And it hasn't bothered my stomach, I can't say about the sleep because I don't sleep much, all I know is I felt better within 2 days, 2!! May not work for everyone, but it definitely helps me big time!!

These help me with sleep quite a bit.

I have just started taking these two weeks ago. they are HUGE and hard for me to swallow. My doctor suggested I try them to help with sleep and anxiety. I am sleeping for longer periods of time and can go back to sleep if I wake up during the night. As for the anxiety, I haven't seen an improvement at this time. Possibly it takes longer to help this issue. Not sure I would purchase this brand again simply because of the size of the pill. (pills are not coated or in gel form)

These tablets are large and hard to swallow so I crush them and take them with a teaspoon of peanut butter! It works well for me.

This was ok but instarted to feel sick after a few days of taking it. I switched to another brand and now I don't feel sick. I think it's a quality issue.
