The case is a nice weight of aluminum
I purchased this for my grandson to 'explore' with. The case is a nice weight of aluminum. It does not come with batteries. The battery cassette is a cheaper looking plastic. The light operates with one setting and has the on/off 'button' on the end. It came packaged in a nice, heavy cardboard box and arrived on time. BTW, you will be surprised at what all appears with the black light. If you want to check that your bathroom is truly clean or that the pets haven't had accidents, you need this.

A pet owner's must have...
Man, this little light lit up all the areas of urine that my two dogs had "left behind". After I started treating the spots, it is also evident that the spots are disappearing. This is a great little device for finding "hidden" gifts from my dogs.

Kind of useful. Puts out very dim light
Kind of useful. Puts out very dim light, but does show stains. They were cheap and had Prime. I don't really use them though, as my cats never pee in the house, always in their box. They do get sick though!
