This shampoo arrived in a cardboard box with most of the words in another language. There is a small portion in English, but it takes a moment to take it all in. Attached to the side of the package is a small sanitizer container.I got this particular shampoo because I've been trying to get better quality personal care products to better take care of myself. The shampoo is creamy and hydrating. It's not a two-in-one product, but it certainly seems to nourish like one. It lathers well and leaves hair feeling clean and smelling great. After trying it myself I decided to have my daughter try it out. Her hair strands are thin and don't feel as healthy as they should. She doesn't dye or bleach her hair, I think it's from using cheap products and lacking in Biotin.From the first time she used it, we both noticed a significant difference. Her hair went from feeling hay-like to feeling really soft. Not only that, but her hair was visibly healthier looking. She's been using it every time she washes her hair and I'm really impressed with the results she's seeing. I'm happy for her, but a little sad for me because I'm missing out on this great shampoo. The sacrifices of a mother!

My husband has been losing a lot of hair in the drain, although he doesn't have any bald spot yet. He had a lot of hair to begin with, and I'm pretty sure it's been falling out kind of evenly. Anyways, he agreed to try these shampoos and conditioners that promise to reduce hair loss and open hair follicles. He has seen less hair in the drain, and I have too, since i'm usually the one who cleans the drain out.So, it seems to be working. Good product. His hair looks very healthy.

The Good: This is a very nice conditioning shampoo; so nice, in fact, that it has become my regular shampoo. The price ($10.99 at time of order) is relatively reasonable for a high-quality shampoo, the fragrance is pleasant (but not overpowering) and the consistency is smooth and creamy — it feels like a mix between shampoo and conditioner, and a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a long time. I find that it leaves my hair smoother than “regular” shampoos, but the difference is not quite life-altering. However, if you use this shampoo regularly, I think you would not need to use conditioner as often.The Annoying: I think the manufacturer promises more than the product will deliver. The shampoo does contain argan oil (listed in the ingredients as argana spinosa kernel oil), but that ingredient is waaaaay down the list, leading me to believe that the concentration is relatively minor. Argan oil supposedly nourishes and protects your hair from damage, but I don’t think this shampoo contains a high enough concentration to reap the benefits of true argan oil, so if you’re looking for a miracle cure to stop or prevent hair loss, I think this product will disappointed. But as a high-quality, daily conditioning shampoo, I think this is a good choice.I almost took one star off my rating due to the annoyingly overblown hype in the product description, but that wouldn’t be fair — it’s an excellent conditioning shampoo at a reasonable price; just don’t buy into the exaggerated marketing claims.The product came with a small bottle of (something). I don’t read Turkish, but based on the alcohol smell and the word “antibakteriyel” on the label, I’m guessing it’s hand sanitizer. Wasn’t expecting it, didn’t need it, but it was a nice little extra.5 stars for a quality conditioning shampoo, but don’t expect a miracle cure for hair loss.
