Has the Rotring name on it.... but, not impressed.
For the price, this is fine. But, don't fool yourself, you're not getting some awesome pencil for cheap. For the same money or less, the Pentel 200 series or the Kohinoor pencils are better, IMHO. You get some lead and another eraser here... but, pencil-wise.... not a "real" Rotring like the other drafting style pencils they offer.

lead breaks
Not sure why it got a high rating on the site I looked at. Because, TO ME, I would never purchase it again. The lead they sent with it was 2B meaning it is softer than the middle of the road, what, I THINK, most people buy which is the HB. The lead kept breaking, so I put HB in it, and the lead still kept breaking. I haven't had that problem with the Pentel I purchased, or I would say it was just me.
