Beware-the envelopes do not match tax forms and sensitive information is visible. Could not use the envelopes and had to toss.

I ordered this set specifically because it included envelopes. But after printing the forms I discovered that the mailing window is too large and it shows the worker's social security number! So obviously they couldn't be used which was frustrating. So don't buy this set with the envelopes expecting to be able to use the envelopes! There are less expensive sets without envelopes and probably other brands that include envelopes that can actually be used. - Jen

Product worked perfectly with QuickBooks. Plenty of copies included, pretty good value for the money.

Each sheet had 3 1099-NEC forms which were not in equal thirds. The middle third was larger than the other 2. The envelopes didn't come anywhere near being the correct size.I also don't see why I have to choose a star to submit. They should also have a thumbs down to choose from.

The Forms are good. The envelopes and forms together don't work as the printed area shows all the tax id #s and social security #s. They DO NOT line up correctly in the envelopes.

The alignment was spot on and worked flawlessly with our version of QuickBooks.

Forms are 3 to a page but envelopes are for 2 to a page. I made them work by taping the form in the window but it was a pain! Don't buy!
