Uneekmailers 50 Self Seal 4" x 8" #000 Poly Bubble Mailers Padded Envelopes

I was pleasantly surprised by these mailers, and realized that a lot of products that I purchase are mailed in these exact type of bags. Previously I was working primarily with kraft paper mailers, because I liked how thick and rigid they were. However, I realized that I needed something waterproof, so I went with a single order of 50 of these mailers before I bought several hundred.I was actually impressed by the quality, and the fact that these are way better looking in person than they look online. I was afraid they were going to be really soft and thin, but they aren't at all. They have a nice soft feel in your hands, but they are quite tough and rigid for being a soft bubble mailer. They aren't floppy at all, and I can actually fit more inside of these than I can with the 4x8 kraft mailers.The only downside to these is the fact that they are textured on the outside with little circles. I stamp the outsides of my packages, and the circle patterns interfere with my stamps. Nonetheless, this is a great buy for the price.

Unlike most mailers, the sizing on these is actually marginally bigger than advertised (which to me is better than being smaller); however, the bubble padding is very thin, about half the protection afforded by major brands like Uline. Due to the padding being so thin I cannot trust these with anything that might actually break; I am using them as an extra layer on very small items.Another issue is the surface, it doesn't hold shipping labels very well; when testing I found the labels peel right off with little effort so I am having to band them with packing tape to be safe.

I am very pleased with these mailers. I run a small Etsy business, and needed well made and affordable padded mailers for my gemstones and jewelry shipments.These are perfect. I have had NO issues with any defects, or the glue not sticking properly. As well, they are very well padded, providing excellent protection of my products, and ensuring a safe delivery!I would absolutely (and PLAN to!) purchase these again. They fit my needs exactly, and are consistently well made. I also highly recommend them for anyone's mailing needs.Thank you for a great product!

I hate these because self-adhesive labels don't stick, and I had to tape down all the edges, which defeats the purpose of self-adhesive labels, is extremely time-consuming, and means I spent a lot of dollars on scotch tape. The problem is with the textured surface of the outside of the mailers. If you can clearly see those circles, which you can in other customer photos, stay away. I buy quality labels, and labels from the same batch adhere perfectly to other brands of bubble mailers where the outside of the mailer is smooth white plastic. If not for this MAJOR flaw, they would have been fine and I would have given a five-star review. Used my last one a week ago, and good riddance!

I love these mailers, they are light and strong. I send hundreds of items out each week with them and never have a failure of this product. I also LOVE the way they are packaged. They come in a tight clear rectangle package allowing me to stack them. Other similar envelopes come in a white shapeless bag making it impossible to stack them and opening those takes much longer than these.

Bought these expecting the usable size to be close to 4" x 8" as stated.The full mailer measures 4-3/4" x 8-3/4", but that includes the sealing flap.The usable interior space is more like 3-3/4" x 6-3/4".

These white bubble mailers are SO much cheaper than the yellow Scotch ones. In fact, Walmart sells ONE this size for 95 cents! What a savings to get them in bulk like this. They also seal well, too, and I like it that they're NOT paper, which means extra protection from the weather. I have them four different sizes, I love them so much.

I like these alright, but the textured surface makes it impossible for self-adhesive labels to stick. I end up having to tape around every edge, which defeats the purpose of the labels. I would only recommend these if you're going to tape on your labels anyway.
