Exceeded my expectations
I used this as a substitute for my HRT (hormone replacement therapy) when I ran out for two weeks. I have EVERY menopausal symptom a woman can have sadly, so I knew exactly what benefits I was looking for. This product met every expectation that I had and I highly recommend to any woman who is looking for relief from hot flashes, mood swings, or anything else related to her cycle. This prevents the cramping sensations
Not sure why, but the last two years I started getting cramping sensations (hormonal?). I am way too old to have menstrual periods, but the sensations are happening. I do get regular checkups from my ob-GYN. This product seems to be helping me in many ways. I stopped taking it for awhile and started up again because they made such a difference. I have taken the supplement “Vitex” many years stopping for about 10 years in the middle. This is one of the supplements that helped regulate me through the changing hormonal years of peri menopause. So, after the fact, this is a supplement that I’d recommend especially beginning in perimenopausal years. And this company has products I use and trust.

Highly recommended!
Best Vitex I've tried, I’ve taken other brands but have never noticed results. I was always hungry, fatigued and my mood swings were non stop. Intimate Rose Vitex Chasteberry really helped me with my hormone balance. I love that they are using 100% Vegan capsules. It dissolves faster, tolerate heat and humidity better. Probably one reason why I could notice the effect faster. To add to that they added ginger to the mix, from what I researched its really good for preventing nausea and anti-inflammation which is really helpful for women who have menstrual disorders. Would recommend product to other women who don't have natural PMS support.
