Stays better on my head
The other headgear with only two straps constantly came off all night long, this one is much better staying on.

Fits great, but a bit of a pain to get on the headgear.
A little bit finicky to get it over the tabs on the headgear. Once on properly, it works great.

What upgrade?
This upgrade strap can't stay on the head causing my wife's mask to come off frequently. Don't function better than the previous design. So I don't know what was upgraded.

Lousy product and customer service
Lousy product. Attempted to return it. Needs confirmation from the seller. The seller had not replied passed the 48 hours. Amazon gave the A to Z refund. Don' t deal with this seller or their product

Too Small and tight
The problem is there is no adjustments. It is way too tight and the pillows dug into my nose. I endured it for 2 hours hoping it would loosen but then had to take it off. I tried to change where the straps were on my head but it didn't help. I am looking for different straps that can be adjusted to my head size.
