It definitely works. Because of the cervical spine problem, my shoulder and neck will be painful when it rains. I have tried to buy other shoulder and neck hot water bottles on Amazon, but every time I need to fill a lot of hot water, and it’s hard and uncomfortable, it’s very uncomfortable. convenient. This hot water bottle is much more convenient than using boiling water from the kettle and so is very useful at work where I don't have a microwave to heat up wheatbags. It holds the heat for longer than a conventional hot water bottle or a wheatbag. But I put it round my shoulders and it soon feels heavy. I guess thats obvious when it holds water, but it starts to aggravate the pain in my shoulder and cause tension in my neck that I am trying to prevent. So, good in short spells but will also keep an eye out for a similar product that isn't as heavy.

When I first got this I loved it, but I had to be careful not to heat it too much or it was uncomfortable!! Just over two months later…it’s barely heating at all. Disappointing.

This product is amazing as it helps me so much with my neck pain. Only takes about 10-15 minutes to charge and then its ready to go. It stays warm for quite a while and its good that you can walk around the house with it unlike a normal hot water bottle.

there is a water leak

Brought for my mum as she has osteoarthritis and it’s helped her with shoulder pain. Heats quickly and stays warm.

Charges quickly but only stays hot for about half an hour. Not what it said in description sadly
