The first time I ordered this, it was great, no issues then. The 2nd time I ordered it, the lid was not sealed and the consistency had changed from granulated to more powdery. I emailed the company about it and they confirmed these 2 things so I assumed it was still safe to take. I took the same amount, I scoop. It kept me awake all night until the morning, I could not sleep. I felt weird and sick the next day and like I hadn't slept at all. It affected me for 2 days and I knew it was this product. I contacted the company about this and requested a return, no response this time. I had to contact Amazon to get a refund. I have since tried glycine from another brand, which i already had on hand and I had no issues with that one.
