Great quality and lovely set for any occasion or just for yourself!

I just received this ramen set and couldn't be more pleased. First of all, the set is beautifully packaged and would make a great gift. Second, the set includes everything needed to serve and eat a bowl of ramen, and it seems very sturdy. Lastly, it is simply a beautiful set certain to look great on our table.

Package received was very well done to protect the product. The ceramic bowls are very impressive, but it also came with chopstick resting pieces and two spoons and two mini cups. Bowls are large capacity and great for other than noodles and soups. A great set.

We ordered this set back in January, but for some reason we only just used the set for the first time tonight. We don't have ramen often, but I suspect we'll be having a lot of it this fall/winter. The set is beautiful and seems to be well made. The bowls hold a lot and have a good weight to them.Unfortunately one of the spoons was chipped right where you'd eat from so we couldn't use it (hence the 4 stars). Although it seems nice that the spoons are the same ceramic as the bowl, after using the one spoon that was not chipped I found the spoon had a decent weight to it as well. It might be better to have a spoon set made from a lighter material.We do love the set and will definitely use it again and again, but we'll need to buy a new set of spoons for it.We hand washed and dried the set then put it back in the box it came in for storage. We figured that's the best way to store it to keep it nice and prevent unnecessary damage.

Our ramen bowls were too small so I bought a couple different options from Amazon to surprise my husband. He didn't care for the smaller (by 3oz, lol) bowls with the blue & white motif, mainly because the spoons, chopsticks, etc were all plastic. This particular set is all ceramic and the matte black finish is really nice. We love these!

This is a very nice set of bowls, spoons, chopsticks and everything you would need for Ramen and more. It has a very nice Japanese look. This set is designed for Ramen, but we have used it for Pho we bring home, Chinese noodles, Japanese soba, Mie Goreng, and other soups. The spoons and bowls are much nicer than I usually get at the Chinese or Vietnamese supermarket when we go shopping. We use with Ramen, curry noodles, hot and sour soup, and other food we bring home from either the Chinese takeout or the Vietnamese Pho shop. And yes, I have even used it for canned soup. You get 12 very nice pieces. The bowl is pretty big and holds a lot of soup or noodles. Everything is easy to work with whether in the microwave or cleaning in the dishwasher. They are easy to stack and don't seem to move while eating or slurping noodles. Its nice to have the fancier chop sticks that come with this set vs. using all the cheap ones we get from panda or the take out. And its nice that at the end of the meal they are easy to clean either in the sink or in the machine. They are simple and yet very beautiful at the same time. Bottom line is that is a nice touch to take things out of the takeout container or carton and put it into these very nice bowls.

This is a beautiful ramen set. My daughter enjoys Asian food and frequently tries out new recipes that she has sampled in restaurants. I thought she would really enjoy serving her food in this authentic looking dinnerware. The bowls are great -- they are very large and have some weight but thanks to the fact that they are made of porcelain, they are not too heavy to handle comfortably. The design is unique and at first glance the bowls seem plain, but the dark grey glaze highlights the interesting ridged exterior and gives it a rustic appearance. The interior is charcoal black and is textured and puts the focus on the food. The bowls are sort of funnel shaped and they heavy with a sturdy base and thick sides. They feel very durable. The set also includes chopsticks, spoons, cups and storage bags. The entire kit is nicely packed in a lovely box suitable for gifting. The price at the time I placed my order was $54.99, which seems very reasonable considering the quality of the materials used and the workmanship + the number of pieces included in the set. With a capacity of almost two-quarts each, the bowls are very versatile and make great serving pieces for side dishes and salads, too.

This was an early Christmas gift to myself and my girlfriend. We’ve used it a few times already for our ramen cravings! It’s high quality set and very convenient as it comes with sake glasses, chopsticks, spoons and a holder for both aforementioned. Overall great quality for the price and was pleasantly surprised to see how well it was packaged. I will definitely be buying more of these as gifts for friends and family.
