Wonderful - except I did not receive the cookbook (which I really wanted) Is there a way to get that?Exceptional quality and workmanship on pizza pan - highly recommend

Arrived on time. have not used it yet but it looks right for what I need. I also get a free silicone handle but unfortunately it's for a frying pan not pizza pan! It would have been nice to get the one matching my purchase!

I am following the enclosed directions and my pizzas keep burning on the bottom. Even when I started the pan on a level 3 on the stove top.

I ordered the hand made pizza pan and received a dutch oven instead! Someone had placed a product sticker for dutch oven right over the sticker for pizza pan. Pretty shady.

I love the size of this pan and had no difficulty seasoning it. My only problem is that it isn't flat. When I pour oil in the pan, it movesfrom the center to the edges. I have been using a spatula to move the oil towards the center. Perhaps the pan was designed thatway, but when I am making pancakes, it is a bit annoying. Haven't used it for pizza yet so I can't rate it on that.

I love using cast iron for cooking. This pizza pan is no different. We make pizza from scratch often since we are gluten free. I heat this pan in the oven while I am getting ready to make the pizza...then put the dough on the hot pan. It makes for a nice crust! I will say, please make sure you season the pan well before use. It takes time to get a good season on cast iron...so expecting sticking if it is not well seasoned. As far as buying it again....I do have 2 now.

Excellent product. Love the handles for easy carry.

Did not receive the free recipe book with order.Pan is great quality.Is there a way to have the cookbook sent to me?I would love to have it, I am new at using cast iron.
