Bathroom Sink Drain with Lift Rod, Brushed Nickel Sink Drain with overflow, ARCORA Drain Stopper for Vessel Sink

I ordered this popup drain because it was the exact same design as the one I was originally replacing. Instructions were clear, installation was a breeze. Sadly, a couple days after installation, it started leaking water out of the ball joint where the lever connects to the plunger. Thinking maybe I missed a step, I dismantled and started over from scratch. Same issue. I tried plumbers tape on the locking nut, still leaked. I tried using rubber bands to put tension of the ball joint against the lock nut to increase the seal, still leaked. Tightened the lock nut to the point I was shocked I didn't break something. Still leaked. Ball joint is loose inside its compartment with probably 1/16 of an inch of play and just lets water pour out all over the place. Put the old one back on and it doesn't leak at all (leaking wasn't the issue with it in the first place, it was actually the lever that broke) . I probably could have just used the new lever in the old drain but after this battle I was determined to have a new drain, so ended up buying one of the push-button styles that bypasses the whole lever system entirely, which worked perfectly.Still giving it 3 stars because I'm pretty sure I just got a bad unit. Cheap enough that it wasn't worth the return, so I'll just take the loss. [Edit] Bumping up to 4 stars because the seller went above and beyond to reach out to me to identify the problem (there was a missing seal) and offered to send me a replacement unit free of charge. I declined since I had already replaced it with a completely different design and had no use for a replacement, but I think that speaks a lot to the level of quality and customer service of this product and seller. I would confidently buy this product from them again should I find myself in need of one.

Very good quality product, but, most importantly, excellent customer service. Fixed a minor issue in no time.

This fits most sink holes that have a diameter from 1.6-1.9" and a maximum thicknesses of 1.97". It's made for sinks with an overflow. It's made of stainless steel with flexible silicone gaskets which resist scratches, corrosion and discoloration. It has a pop up drain si its easy to push it and plug it up if you need to use water in the sink for a minute. When your done just push it again to open it and drain the water. It comes with 2 silicone gaskets which you must make sure us in the right position to avoid leaks

The media could not be loaded.  My faucet and drain were replaced, and it now looks fantastic. Although the directions may have been a little clearer, it was simple to install. Because I'd never done anything like it before, I required very specific directions. The overall experience was quite pleasing. Now i can install hundred of these.

Esta bonita pero se traba al presionar y se llega a quedar atorada, la verdad no la recomiendo mucho.

El tapón dorado al contacto con el agua cambia de color se mancha y pues ya no es bonito.
