Great tool

Small bar broke within seconds
The smaller scraper broke in half the first time I used it. It's obvious the smaller of the 2 scrapers is not very durable and it's fragile compared to the larger scraper so I was careful not to overstress the scraper. I waited until I had a small intricate item where I could use the scraper and I was fully aware that the scraper could break so when I used the scraper I was gentle and the item still broke. I barely had any pressure on the scraper it's a joke.I realize Neiko probably gets a ton of complaints about the smaller scraper breaking so I didn't want to go "nuclear" and start bashing the brand or item, I have alot of Neiko items and I really like the brand. I went to Neiko's website, sent an email, gave the email a week, sent a 2nd email, gave Neiko another week, tried to find a phone number, contacted Neiko on Amazon and nothing..........not a single response or effort to show any sort of customer service whatsoever to any degree.Figured I'd at least leave this review. Neiko is fine for cheap stuff but testing their customer service is important to me. I don't want to start spending big money and invest a good amount of cash in tools knowing their is ZERO customer service, like nothing whatsoever....any contact attempt just ends up in a black hole.

Pry bar/ scraper
These are great for working on car doors, radios etc. Instead of breaking plastic ones these come in handy popping clips and loosening up dashboard areas.Great tool

Defective pack!
Ordered these for work and got a defective pack bc both broke with minimal lift pressure applied in same week. Wasn't even prying was using them to lift 5 foot base board 1x8 up off of subfloor to height. Disappointed in quality really had high hopes and needed these to not break!

Breaks easily
Bought 3 sets for myself and the guys I work carpentry with. Three bars broke the first day. They all broke at the 90 bend with very little pressure

Don’t waste your money
Broke first week they were used. Cheaply made. Use pry bars like this all the time. Tried these, won’t buy again
