I purchased these because I don’t have AC in my house. They are amazing for when I go to bed and helps me sleep comfortably at night. I’m so happy I purchased these socks.

These are nice ice socks for reducing swelling in ankles. My granddaughter and grandson use them after dance class. Good oroduct

I like that they stay cold on several places on your feet I put mine in a ziplock bag and freeze them but I learned thatyou need to take them out of the freezer for about an half hour before.

After working 10hr shift as a construction laborer my feet hurt. They hurt the next day too. I wear these on top of another thin sock and put my feet up. Much needed relief.

Cooling didn’t last and was uncomfortable when temp lowered and we very snug. Short time of cooling was decent

No more struggling with hard ice packs that don’t curve with your foot and ankle! These are amazing. The material is much nicer than I expected.

I kept these cold socks for about a month, hoping that they would work better. I followed the instructions and had them in the freezer for a few hours, but they weren’t cold enough. I would take them off and my feet wouldn’t even feel cool. So then I left them in the freezer and it didn’t seem to make much difference. I ended up returning them.

I was struggling to get the ice in the right areas in my feet and these did the trick. I do find I need to wear socks inside because the sock itself is thin. I moved the heel pad to the top of my foot and used the elastic strap to hold it in place as that area was more painful. Love them for this application! Pads are gel so not too stiff. I am not sure I would walk with them on as I wouldn't want to damage the ice pads.
